I would like to introduce myself firstly. I qualified in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy from St Helens college in 1990. When Beauty Therapy was still very low key. I worked at Options in Ormskirk. An amazing Clarins Salon where I gained the passion and experience to move into my own Salon in Billinge.

Expressions of Beauty was born in 1992 and those of you who remember, was a cosy set up back in Carr Mill Road. Clarins was always going to be my choice of skincare brand. They are a beautiful range of products; the ethos and the values of this family business keep them at the head of their game. I love my job!! I have been in the beauty industry 16 years I have worked in a number of salons and taught beauty therapy for a number of years. I am happy to be back where I belong at Expressions. I love making people feel pampered and I’m always happy to help. I have a flare for acrylic nails.

If I’m not at work I’m spending time with my little girl. Louise xx

I first started in the industry at Expressions when I was 16 years old, I then went on to do my level 2 & 3 at St. Helens College and qualified with a Distinction in 2017. I have now worked at Expressions for 3 years and I’m forever growing my passion in all aspects of beauty as well as gaining confidence in myself working with an amazing team of talented therapists.

I initially qualified in beauty in 2013 at Runshaw College, Chorley. I have recently gone on to complete my level 3 beauty at St Helens College, which is where my journey at Expressions started in September 2022. I’ve always loved helping clients to feel better about themselves, but since completing my level 3 beauty therapy, I’ve developed a real passion for skin care and understanding the needs of skin at varying ages. I also love being able to provide clients with a space where they can feel comfortable, relaxed, and have some much needed TLC with an improvement in their skin as a bonus. This is why all things facials and wellness treatments are my favourite things to do! When I’m not at work, you will find me spending time with my gorgeous family! I’m a real home bird and a true cancerian ❤️ X

I started my Beauty career at Expressions 22 years ago. After being at the salon 9 years I decided to work solo for 8 years After a break from beauty I decided to return back to Expressions in early 2017 I enjoy many treatments but my favourite are Facials. You’ll find me in the salon Thursday, Friday & Saturday. When I’m not at the salon you’ll find me at home with family or out with friends.

I qualified in 2003 in beauty, then moved on to advanced nail techniques at St Helen’s college. After having my first child I changed direction to work as a learning coordinator. I always kept myself up to date with training in the ever growing/ changing beauty industry by completing relevant courses such as tanning, nails, massage and facials.

I started my journey at Expressions in August 2012 as reception/ standby therapist. The role on the desk soon evolved to salon coordinator. After 4 years at Expressions I decided after having my third and final baby to concentrate on being a full time mum. After 6 years away from the salon I have now returned and it’s like I’ve never been away!

As front of house I enjoy looking after all who come through the salon door. From booking appointments, checking in, help choosing a gift or something for yourself I’m here to assist.

I love all aspects of being a therapist but my passion for holistic/ wellbeing therapies has evolved. I love to bring calm into our somewhat busy and on occasion challenging lives.

When I’m not at the salon I’m busy spending time with friends, my family and pooch. I love getting outside whether it be in the garden or walks the beach.

I started at Expressions July 2022 as a Saturday girl aged 15. From being really young I have loved anything to do with beauty and making yourself feel better. Me and my sisters would always do foot spas and have pamper nights which we always loved; I have always known that I wanted to do something that involved that.

I have loved helping the girls in the salon on a Saturday and learning new things. I’m ready to start my journey at college in September and start my apprenticeship at E.O.B . Learning lots of new skills

I cannot wait to start my beauty journey in September and be the best that I can be in what I enjoy doing the most

When I’m not in work I’m usually shopping, spending time with family or going out with my friends and my favourite lunch is a king pot

From a very young age I’ve always loved anything beauty. Before I started college I taught myself how to do my own makeup from YouTube tutorials Since then I love all things makeup, lashes and nails.

Last year I qualified in level 2 beauty therapy and I have just completed my level 3 nail course

I have done other courses along the way including Russian lashes, lash lift and brow lam I am only just starting my journey with Expressions of Beauty and I am so excited to gain more experience, knowledge and new skills.

In my free time I love spending time with my family, going to the gym, sleeping and cuddles with my beloved ginger cat
